Constantine K. Kliorys is Working as Professor in the department of Management at gannon university. He Completed his PhD in MAthematics from Kent State University. Vice President of Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter, Fulbright Association. My main area of research is Algebraic Number Theory.
