Biography
Geoff Baldwin is Co-President & CEO, a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. He has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, serving as an M&A generalist in New York for five years and a technology M&A specialist for the last 25 years, including 24 years in the Silicon Valley and one year in London. Prior to co-founding GCA, Geoff was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Menlo Park-based Technology M&A Group and head of Morgan Stanley’s European Technology M&A Group. Presently, Geoff serves on the Board of Directors of GCA, a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company, is Non-Executive Chairman of Unify2, a unified communications software company and is a Director of Stellar Labs, Inc., a real-time electronic marketplace and payments platform for business aviation. Geoff formerly served on the Board of Directors of Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment, a London Stock Exchange listed company and member of the FTSE 250 index. Geoff received his BA from the University of Southern California.
