James Duddlesten

Biography

 Having joined GCW in 1985, James’s career encompasses management, administration, and engineering design of projects associated with civil infrastructure facilities. As President and CEO of GCW, James provides invaluable leadership related to strategic planning efforts to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. He evaluates organizational processes, develops and recommends business strategies, establishes long-range goals, analyzes market opportunities for corporate expansion, and oversees daily operations of the firm. He is responsible for supervising GCW’s Land Survey Division and also provides a critical leadership role for the firm’s engineering services on residential and commercial land development projects. His commitment to the local community has been demonstrated by serving in various leadership roles of charitable and professional organizations within Clark County and the State of Nevada.
