Vesna Gernot

Biography

Ms. Gernot is a Director with GE Healthcare Partners, working with health system executives to improve operational and financial performance through focus on care delivery efficiency, strategic capacity planning, enterprise strategy activation and change management. She is responsible for helping clients design enterprise performance initiatives and leading GE engagement teams to deliver. Previously Ms. Gernot was a Regional Director with Sg2 with experience helping providers create service line growth planning capabilities that included demand forecasting, technology roadmaps, physician strategy and performance metrics. Her experience in both planning and operations enables her to bridge strategy to execution.
