Biography
Michael R. McAlevey is a GE Company officer and serves as general counsel and leader of Business Development for GE Aviation. He is responsible for GE Aviation's global legal and compliance organizations and its business development activities. Prior to his current role, Michael served as vice president, Chief Corporate, Securities and Finance Counsel for GE located in Fairfield, CT. In that role, he was responsible for GE's global securities law, capital raising, corporate law and corporate governance compliance. In 2006, GE's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Jeff Immelt presented him with the Chairman's Leadership Award for his leadership of GE's SEC related matters.
