Raymond E. Hart

Biography

Mr. Raymond Hart, also known as Ray, P.E., G.E., has been President of GEI Consultants, Inc. since April 2013 and its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hart served as the Chief Operating Officer of GEI Consultants, Inc. Mr. Hart served as Senior Vice President of GEI Consultants, Inc. since October 2004. He has managed Bookman-Edmonston, now a division of GEI Consultants, Inc. for the past two years. Before assuming this position, Hart served as Deputy Director of the California Department of Water Resources, managing all aspects of the water and power utility operations of the California State Water Project. He has been Director of GEI Consultants, Inc. since July 5, 2016.
