Biography
John V. Leonard, Jr. is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, with responsibility for finance, contracts and estimating, and AMSEA. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance at General Dynamics Land Systems. Mr. Leonard joined Electric Boat in 1980 as a Financial Analyst and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Chief of Subcontract Audit, Manager of Material Finance, Manager of Engineering Finance and Director of Finance & Accounting.
