Biography
T. Blair Decker became Vice President of Supply Chain, Materials, and Strategic Sourcing in August 2016. He was previously Vice President for Quality and Material. Decker joined the company in 1979 as an associate buyer and was appointed Director of Material Acquisition in 2002. He has been instrumental in developing the procurement strategies that have helped secure the Virginia-Class Submarine Program's reputation as one of the nation's most successful shipbuilding programs. Decker is a member of the Connecticut Minority Supplier Development Council's Senior Executive Board of Advisors and is a member of the GD Corporate Supply Chain Management Council.
