Biography
As vice president, human resources David Breen has led numerous post acquisition integrations of human capital functions and systems since joining the company in 2004. Previously, Mr. Breen served as vice president for human resources at General Dynamics United Kingdom, Ltd., following six years in leadership roles at General Dynamics Headquarters, first as human resources manager, followed by director of compensation. There, he played a key role in the design, development and administration of incentive and equity compensation plans. Prior, Mr. Breen first joined General Dynamics in 1985 at Electric Boat, where he participated in a broad spectrum of human resources initiatives.
