Biography
As senior executive and vice president, Ray Whitehead oversees management of business development operations, marketing and communications, technology strategy and assessment, strategic planning and business growth through mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he served as vice president of business development and communications for General Dynamics Network Systems, which was combined in 2006 with Anteon International to form General Dynamics Information Technology. In that capacity, he led the development of automated sales support systems, managed public affairs and communications, and developed strategies that led to the acquisition of four IT services companies.
