Biography
Vincent Antonacci is responsible for managing the overall legal affairs of General Dynamics IT, including providing legal advice and guidance to the company’s business units on matters including legal support in general corporate law, government contracts, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions and international and regulatory compliance. He oversees contracts support within the company and routinely reviews, drafts and negotiates significant commercial and international transactions. As the chief legal officer, Mr. Antonacci manages claims and litigation filed by and against General Dynamics IT and conducts internal investigations to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures.
