Biography
Michael R. Wylie, NHA, currently serves as vice president of development for Genesis Health Care Corporation; his responsibilities include oversight of all managed and affiliate facilities in a 13 state area including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He was previously the vice president of Managed and Affiliated Centers for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Wylie has been with Genesis since 1984 in a variety of capacities including administrator, senior administrator, and regional director of operations. He currently serves as the vice chair of the American Health Care Association and has previously served as its secretary sreasurer. Wylie is a past president of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association. He attended St. Francis College and Montgomery County Community College. Wylie is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator both in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
