James Trimarchi

Biography

 Dr. Trimarchi is a laboratory operational specialist certified in Six-Sigma Improvement approaches. He was most recently a director of the in vitro Fertilization (IVF) Laboratory at Women and Infants' Hospital where he pioneered metric-drive quality improvement strategies that have established a new benchmark for clinical laboratories. Presently, Dr. Trimarchi is an independent consultant for healthcare and biotechnology laboratories to improve quality and assure patient safety while reducing operational expenditures. In addition, he has authored over 35 peer-reviewed scientific journals, notable speaker as a thought leader in innovation and process control globally, and recipient of both commercial and private grants.
