Biography
29 years of experience providing contracting and program management services to the government. Mr. Ledezma reached the GS-15 level while working at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. His background includes contracting and program management on weapon systems for the F-4, F-15, F-16, KC-135, A-10, and F-22 war fighter aircraft. He is familiar with aircraft platforms. Mr. Ledezma worked with weapons system trainers in support of F-15, B-52, C-130, and KC-135 aircraft, and has worked in programs that focused on air munitions, secondary power sources, gas turbine engines, telecommunications, satellite technologies, and the Communication, Command, and Control (C3I) program. He was the Acquisition Center of Excellence Director at Hill AFB where he managed 37 major source selections and provided training to source-selection teams. Mr. Ledezma served as co-chair of the Management Independent Review Team (MIRT) at Hill, a process that was adopted throughout the Air Force. Mr. Ledezma has BA in Business and an MBA in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida.
