Sandeep Sharma is the founder, President and CEO of GCI. His leadership philosophy underlies GCI’s core principles and is evident in our high employee retention rate. Sandeep has more than 20 years of experience executing IT consulting projects worldwide. Prior to founding GCI, Sandeep worked for Oracle USA as an ERP consultant. During his tenure at Oracle USA, he held various positions in delivery and practice management for the Oracle E-Business Suite, a comprehensive suite of integrated business applications that enable organizations to make better decisions, reduce costs and increase performance. This knowledge has helped Sandeep develop and expand a top-tier business.
