Mr. C. Jeffrey Dekker

Biography

 Mr. C. Jeffrey Dekker, CPA, also known as Jeff has been Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at GlobeImmune, Inc since October 2011 and has been its President and Secretary since November 2016 and March 2012 respectively. Mr. Dekker served as Principal Financial & Accounting Officer and Senior Director of Finance at GlobeImmune Inc. Mr. Dekker served as Controller and Senior Director of Finance at GlobeImmune, Inc from February 2006 to October 2011. Mr. Dekker joined GlobeImmune from Requisite, Inc. and Requisite Technology Inc., where he served Vice President since May 2000 and as Controller since June 1999. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Dekker served as Controller of NxTrend Technology, Inc., a wholesale distribution software company. Mr. Dekker served as Manager of General Accounting at ITT Rayonier Port Angeles Pulp Division, Port Angeles, Washington from 1989 to 1993. Prior to 1989, he was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles. He has been a Director of GlobeImmune Inc. since November 2016. Mr. Dekker holds a B.S. in Accounting from Utah State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
