Biography

Bob Leonard serves as Glytec's Chief Executive Officer and also as President of the company’s Board of Directors. Bob has over 25 years' experience in healthcare in various general management, senior sales and marketing positions. His experience encompasses information technology, hospital information systems, point-of-care devices, disease management and alternate site services; all relevant to the composition of Glytec's unique offering. Previous employers include, PatientKeeper, provider of physician healthcare information systems, which grew from zero to 450 hospital clients during his tenure; McKesson Information Systems, FluidSense (IV /fluid management) and Chartwell, a series of academic medical center partnerships focused on alternate site care. Bob has a proven track record of developing and leading high quality, high performance teams in fast growth companies. In his present role, as in several previous, Bob is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision of the company and more importantly, ensuring the company's culture is driven by an unwavering focus on the success and improved health of the hospitals and patients it was created to serve.
