Biography
Nancy Cox has over 30 years of experience working in the travel industry throughout the Orlando area. She was born in Kissimmee, Florida, but has lived in various cities across Florida, such as Cocoa, Rockledge and Winter Park, before settling down in Orlando. Nancy is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, and supports her community by volunteering in the Love Orlando Project, and the Coalition for the Homeless. She is a graduate of Brevard Community College, and started her career in the travel industry in 1979 working as an in-house travel agent for the Florida Gas Transmission Company. During her time with Florida Gas, Nancy earned the Employee of the Month award for her work on saving the company money on travel expenses by making great travel deals. In 1985, she began working for travel agencies in surrounding towns, including Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and Orlando.
