Biography
Faculty member in the School of Business at Gonzaga University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management and human resource management. He received his B.B.Ad. and M.B.A. from Gonzaga and his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska. Ken has co-authored articles appearing in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, and Organizational Dynamics. He has extensive consulting experience, particularly in the areas of negotiation, arbitration and employment law. He serves as Gonzaga's NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative, the University's Institutional Representative to the West Coast Conference, and as the President of the West Coast Conference and he was appointed Associate Dean of the School of Business Administration in June 2009.

His research interests are mainly into corporate entreprenuership etc in Mangement department
