Biography
Mr. Greenberg has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2005. He was President of the Company from 2001 until 2006, Chief Financial Officer from 1989 until 2005, Executive Vice President from 1998 to 2001, Vice President from 1985 to 1998, and held various other positions since joining the Company in 1981. Mr. Greenberg was also a Director of Wright Investors' Service Holdings Inc., formerly National Patent Development Corporation ("NPDC"), from 2004 to 2015. Mr. Greenberg brings to the Board significant experience and expertise in management, acquisitions and strategic planning, as well as many years of finance and related.
