Dana Riddle

Biography

Dana Riddle is the Director of Training Environment at Granite Healthcare Solutions. She is responsible for oversight of coaching and accreditation readiness services with special focus on Quality Management systems and ISO 9001. Prior to GHS, Dana was a Lead Surveyor and Team Leader for DNV Healthcare hospital accreditation. In that capacity for five years she conducted NIAHO/ISO accreditation/certification surveys throughout the United States as well as Europe, China and India.

Research Interest

Dana was a participant on the initial team that led to the development of the NIAHO Accreditation Program pursuant to recognition of deeming authority from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
