Biography
A senior vice president and principal with GS&P’s Water Resources market, Craig has played an integral role in consent decree driven wet weather programs for the Knoxville Utilities Board, Metro Water Services and City of Memphis. The combined construction value of these programs is in excess of $2.0 billion. As one of GS&P’s Practice Area Leaders for wet weather storage and pumping facilities, Craig brings over 23 years of experience in project and program management, engineering design and construction of water and wastewater projects. Craig is a professional civil engineer licensed in Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio, and is certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). He has authored numerous articles and technical papers that have been published in Tennessee Public Works, WaterWorld and WEF specialty conference proceedings. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, and a Master of Civil Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Auburn University. Craig currently serves on the Water Environment Federation (WEF) Collection Systems Committee where he is an acting resource on collection system design, management, operations and maintenance.
