Biography
Dave is a professional engineer serving water resource clients from GS&P offices in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. He possesses a diverse technical background in total water resource infrastructure design and rehabilitation, including water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater systems. Dave’s 40 years of experience includes stormwater management, wet weather system mitigation and control systems, “gray/green” alternatives analysis and design, water reuse, stream bank protection and restoration, environmental permitting, municipal ordinances and utility rate studies. As a Practice Area Leader for stormwater management and CSO/SSO projects, Dave is currently working with the MSD of Greater Cincinnati on multiple projects including the Queen City Sewer CSO Separation – Lick Run Watershed. This particular effort is comprised of a series of 14 projects utilizing natural systems design to remove 1.6 billion gallons of annual CSO flows from a 2,700-acre watershed area to comply with the EPA Consent Decree.
