David Verner

Biography

With many years of diversified experience leading project teams and developing new designs as well as renovations for a wide variety of building types, David delivers thoughtful and functional facilities to his industrial clients. Known for working across industries — including manufacturing, automotive, food processing and pharmaceutical, among others — he is well-versed in master planning, process flow, agency interface and fast-track delivery. David has worked with clients from all over the world and has a demonstrated proficiency in building consensus among diverse stakeholders. David is active in industry organizations, with experience serving on the Board of Directors for the Nashville International Business Council as well as a member of the Society of Military Engineers, several economic development organizations, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. David has published articles in a number of industry magazines and has been a presenter at national conferences.
