Biography
An expert in health facility planning, design and project management, Frank brings more than 30 years of experience working on healthcare projects in the United States and around the world. He has managed a wide variety of healthcare developments, ranging from small rural hospitals to large urban medical centers, serving either as an owner's representative, project architect or consultant. This unique experience has resulted in a thorough understanding of all aspects of the healthcare industry and provides him with the ability to be an effective communication link between design professionals, the medical community, administration and government officials. Frank shares this thorough understanding by participating in speaking engagements for organizations including the Dutch Society of Healthcare Services, Hospitalar (Brazil), the Deerns International Healthcare Symposium, The Upper Volga Institute, Tver, Russia, and the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association. He focuses on the global nature of healthcare and how all can benefit from studying international best practices. Frank furthers his expertise by being involved in a number of healthcare-related organizations— the American College of Healthcare Architects, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, and the Health Facility Institute, of which he is a Fellow
