J. Kenneth “ken” Roseman

Biography

Ken is a senior Water Resources engineer with 40 years of experience leading water and wastewater projects. His expertise includes project management, planning, design and consulting for pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary sewer systems and raw water intake structures as well as pollution abatement and remediation plans, funding assistance, environmental permitting and distribution system modeling. Throughout his career, Ken has gained the reputation amongst clients, regulatory officials and funding agencies as being a character-driven professional with strong technical skills. Ken is committed to open communication, promoting active participation from client representatives and stakeholders, to ensure consensus as well as meet client needs. Ken is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University.
