Biography
Jay is the Tampa Office Transportation Leader within GS&P’s Transportation market. He has been a practice leader at GS&P for almost ten years and is currently leading efforts to expand the firm’s transportation presence in central Florida and grow the Tampa office services, building upon the firm’s successful presence in north Florida. Jay has nearly 25 years of diverse experience including project management, roadway design, roundabout design, corridor planning, NEPA/PD&E studies, safety studies, traffic operations, travel demand forecasting, site traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) master plans. Outside of the office, Jay is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
