Biography
As a senior architect, Joe provides design solutions for GS&P’s Corporate and Urban Design clients. He creatively applies his broad understanding of building types to every project including history in corporate, multi-family, mixed-use, retail, adaptive re-use, historic renovation, academic, civic, hospitality, institutional and land planning. Complex urban projects form the core of his expertise. Joe is committed to being a thought leader on urban planning, mixed use and public connectivity, with an emphasis on community design, contextuality, history, sustainability and client service Outside of the office, Joe is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He previously served as an Advisory Council Member for Auburn University’s School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture and the National Alliance Preservation Commission
