Biography
As DVP of the Nashville Corporate + Urban Design division, Kelly oversees operations, staff development, and client service and satisfaction. She also supports business development for the Corporate + Urban Design market in the Middle Tennessee region. Kelly began her career at GS&P as an interior designer and has managed a variety of corporate projects – from programming through construction – for the last 20 years. She is currently serving as project manager for clients including Schneider Electric and Ramsey Solutions. Her repeat clients include Jackson National Life Insurance Company and the State of Tennessee, among others. In addition, she has provided tenant design services for numerous developers, including Crescent Resources, LLC, Hines and Spectrum Properties. Kelly is an active member of the Tennessee chapters of corporate real estate development associations CoreNet Global and NAIOP, where she was recently named to the Board. She has maintained long-term involvement with Partnership 2020, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s public/private development initiative, and is a Young Leader’s Council alumna.
