Biography
As an environmental scientist and program manager providing environmental consulting, research and technical compliance support to transportation agencies and municipal entities, Mark offers a wealth of experience and depth in stormwater management, water quality/quantity BMP research and design, erosion and sedimentation control, master planning and permitting, and water quality training. Mark’s years of experience have given him a nuanced approach to compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements including MS4, construction and industrial permitting. Mark is the Director of Stormwater for the Water Management Association of Ohio; a board member of the Ohio Stormwater Association; an Environmental Committee member of the American Council of Engineering Companies; and a Hydraulics, Hydrology and Water Quality Committee member of the Transportation Research Board. Mark’s industry participation provides him a wide-ranging view of evolving water resource trends and emerging regulations, innovative industry practices, and scientific advances in the water resources service sector.
