Matthew Mclaren

Biography

Matthew is a civil engineer in GS&P’s Land Planning market, supporting the growth of the firm’s site/civil engineering services in and around Louisville, Kentucky. He has more than a decade of experience in many facets of the civil engineering world including site design, stormwater analysis and design, water distribution design, sanitary sewer collection system design, sanitary sewer lift station design, as well as grading and erosion control. Using his well-rounded knowledge, team leadership abilities and passion for green infrastructure solutions, he tailors his approach to embrace the unique challenges of each site. Matt has authored publications about construction-site tool-tracking technology and presented low-impact development projects at regional summits. In his spare time, he has volunteered with tree advisory committees and provided leadership for Arbor Day celebrations.
