Biography
As a principal-in-charge for GS&P’s Land Planning & Design division, Mike focuses on site planning, traffic flow, parking, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility and erosion control designs, along with topographic and boundary surveying. He also has extensive experience in coordinating with and obtaining approvals from review agencies and planning departments for projects located across the U.S. Mike’s expertise includes residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, and urban infill site design, as well as due diligence, site selection and expert witness investigations. Among his professional affiliations is the Nashville chapter of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers, where he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President during his many years as a member. He is also involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
