Michael Flatt

Biography

Mike has decades of experience in transportation planning, design, construction and management. He provides leadership, direction and guidance to project teams by being fully engaged in both the business and technical aspects of GS&P projects, thereby ensuring clients an effective and successful result. Prior to joining GS&P, Mike served 14 years as a transportation manager with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. While at TDOT, his experience included quality assurance and certification of all phases of highway planning and design. Mike’s hands-on approach and multi-faceted knowledge are bedrock of project quality and his effective project leadership.
