Michele Mcminn

Biography

Michele is a senior interior designer for the Corporate + Urban Design market in GS&P’s Nashville office. She has 13 years of experience with a broad range of corporate and healthcare clients. At GS&P, Michele brings a fresh approach to each project, focusing on process to uncover relevant and sustainable designs for each client. Her iterative, hands-on design process hinges on understanding culture, history, current design research and functionality to assemble concepts that grow into thoughtful design solutions. This collaborative approach inspires teams and clients to rethink traditional spaces in new and creative ways.  To advance GS&P’s sustainability mission, Michele leads an internal team dedicated to providing sustainability education to interior designers in the Nashville office. Outside of the office, she serves as Vice President of Professional Development for the Tennessee Chapter of IIDA.
