Michelle Harris

Biography

Michelle is division vice president of GS&P’s Industrial division. She focuses on providing exceptional client experiences throughout the lifecycle of project delivery, with an understanding of how success and quality are defined by each individual client project. By developing and enhancing the firm’s industrial services and aligning those to clients’ evolving needs, she is able to maximize day-to-day operational efficiency, sustain client confidence and provide design oversight to ensure the client’s definition of success and quality are met. Michelle has two decades of project management and leadership experience within the A&E industry. She is a chemical engineer with experience in process-design consulting, piping design, equipment and instrumentation specification, and construction oversight. Additionally, Michelle is a thought leader experienced in global site selection and incentives negotiations and assists clients in identifying, securing and implementing tax and business incentives packages. She serves as a motivational leader and mentor who is able to engage individuals and teams under the umbrella of adding value. She understands and successfully drives the critical connection between effective internal operations and external client satisfaction.
