Orlando Lopez-isa

Biography

With more than 30 years of experience working in all stages of project development, Orlando leads the efforts of GS&P’s Florida healthcare practice. He uses his experience from a wide range of project types — small, single-user facilities through large complex, multi-use healthcare projects — to direct his teams and find the best solutions for our clients Based on his record of expertise and industry involvement, Orlando was a gubernatorial appointee and served as Chair on the Board of Architecture & Interior Design within the State of Florida's Department of Professional Regulation. As a Board Member, he was also involved with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), which sets the standards for architectural registration throughout the United States. Orlando draws upon his vast healthcare design knowledge to present to his peers at public speaking engagements including those for the Florida Hospital Engineering Association and Florida State’s Agency for Health Care Administration.
