Biography

As a past hospital board member, state hospital association board member and an American Hospital Association (AHA) committee member, Pat utilizes the depth of her healthcare knowledge and experience to advance GS&P’s healthcare division. Through first-hand experience, she recognizes the challenges of quality care delivery within a complex healthcare environment and understands how clients can collaboratively work to find the right solutions for their institutions. In her 18 years at GS&P, Pat has shaped the strategic growth of GS&P’s healthcare service offerings. Pat is currently a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD). Additionally, she spent four years on the Florida Hospital Association’s (FHA) Board and 10 years serving on AHA committees. She chaired AHA’s Committee on Governance and Leadership Development and participated in their Long-Range Policy Committee and Regional Policy Board. Her breadth of experience is rounded out by her 18 years as a hospital board member who chaired the hospital’s Clinical Reporting and Outcomes Committee. Pat brings this extensive leadership expertise in helping GS&P staff discover how healthcare design can benefit all hospital participants—administration, staff, patients and families.
