Biography
As CSO and President of GS&P’s International Practice, Randy is responsible for the implementation of corporate-level strategies related to the firm’s long term direction and growth within the U.S. and abroad. He is focused on the overall client experience and the facilitation of multi-market initiatives within the firm that provide strategic value to clients and partners. With more than three decades of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, Randy has an extensive understanding of business development, project management, acquisitions, strategic planning, client and stakeholder relations, marketing and financial performance. Randy is a licensed professional and structural engineer who has focused on the leadership of architectural organizations throughout his career. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a member of the Rotary Club of Nashville. He currently serves on the board of the Renewal House and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, and is an advisory board member of both the Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s International Business Council and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Tickle College of Engineering CEE Department.
