Biography
Randy is a senior vice president in GS&P’s Water Resources market and serves as a firm-wide treatment process and technology leader for the delivery of water resource projects, with a focus on expanding the range of capabilities and services within GS&P’s water practice. Randy serves as leader of GS&P’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Technical Practice Area. He has specialized expertise in biological nutrient removal (BNR), membrane processes, water reuse, disinfection technologies and process and facility modeling . He has more than 16 years of experience in environmental engineering, including the planning, design, permitting, construction management and start-up of water and wastewater treatment facilities for both municipal and industrial clients. A registered professional engineer in Georgia, South Carolina and Connecticut, Randy is a member of the Water Environment Federation, American Water Works Association and the Georgia Association of Water Professionals. He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
