Biography
As SVP of Operations, Rodney has firmwide responsibilities for operational and practice-related items. In coordination with the COO, Rodney works directly with GS&P’s divisions and corporate services departments on processes and procedures impacting the firm’s profitability and quality of work. Rodney is on the Board of Directors and also serves as chair of the oversight committee for the firm’s Practice Excellence structure. He has been with the firm since 1997 and has more than 20 years of experience with transportation infrastructure and specialized expertise with Intelligent Transportation System planning and design, interchange modification studies and special events traffic studies. Rodney is also on the Advisory Board for the University of Alabama’s Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering program.
