Scott Schulz

Biography

Scott is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience as an architect and project manager, and has applied his knowledge of architecture, design, program and project management as well as construction administration to a wide variety of industrial, governmental and commercial projects. He has experience in all aspects of design and construction document production as well as master planning, feasibility studies, value engineering, cost estimating, scheduling and sustainability. In his role at GS&P, he oversees industrial projects of all types and sizes, acting as a liaison between clients and the technical design team to identify clients’ needs and objectives, help formulate appropriate solutions, and guide the project to a successful completion in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
