Stephen Brown

Biography

Stephen has extensive experience in zoning issues, site layout, paving, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design and sustainable site design. He has provided the coordination to obtain approvals from local planning departments and state and federal agencies throughout the country. Stephen was recently quoted in the American Council of Engineering Companies’ nationally published magazine, Engineering Inc. The article “Taking the Pain Out of Permits," focused on successful strategies for navigating the permitting process. Stephen’s experience with the Metro Nashville government as well as his intricate knowledge of successful rezoning and site plan approvals allow him to create development-related plans that are both effective and practical.
