Stephen Mosher

Biography

Stephen is a Senior Operations Leader in GS&P’s Transportation market, guiding operations in Georgia, Florida and Alabama. He works in our Alpharetta office. Stephen joined GS&P’s Memphis office in 2006 and transferred to the Jackson, Mississippi, office in 2008, where he was responsible for the growth of the firm’s Gulf Coast practice for eight years. Stephen has nearly 20 years of progressive experience as an engineer, project manager and principal. Throughout his career, he has developed a proven track record of leadership in both technical and managerial roles on numerous projects for DOT and municipal clients across the Southeast. His broad range of project experience includes roadway design, traffic engineering, transportation and environmental planning studies and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). A certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), Stephen is active with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), where he recently served as President of the Deep South Section. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, both from the University of Memphis.
