Steve Hohulin

Biography

Steve brings 39 years of experience in planning and design for a broad range of public- and private-sector clients. His projects include commercial development, single- and multi-family housing, transportation, infrastructure, energy, federal, environmental, education, healthcare, economic development, community development and private development. At GS&P, he is helping expand services for the firm's Land Planning market, based in our Nashville office.   Steve is client-focused and attentive to detail while never losing sight of the big picture. He focuses on a smooth project delivery process, streamlined operations and strong teams. To stay plugged in to industry trends, Steve is also an active member of the American Planning Association (APA), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
