Biography

Terence offers an exceptional amount of experience in the field of landscape architecture with a focus on sustainable methods in land use master planning, grading and drainage design, site planning, plant materials and planting design. As a specialist in sustainability-focused design, he has successfully provided unique landscape architecture solutions for numerous recent projects such as the Nissan North America Corporate Facility, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center One Hundred Oaks Mall Redevelopment and American General Financial Services Downtown Campus Expansion. Some of his innovative techniques include vegetative roof systems, rain gardens to improve stormwater quality management and low-impact lighting used in parking lots.
