Biography
Tyler serves as GS&P’s State Transportation Leader for Florida, working from our Tallahassee office. Tyler guides marketing and business development efforts while providing project management and design services for our valued clients. Tyler has extensive experience working with state, city and county officials to solve local and regional transportation issues. He has designed and managed projects for all levels of government, including community development districts, small towns, larger cities such as Jacksonville and Tallahassee, and entire counties such as Escambia, Duval and Leon. Tyler also has experience working with state agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection-State Parks, the Florida Department of Transportation Districts 2, 3, 7 and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, as well as federal agencies such as the USDA Forest Service. Outside of the office, Tyler is an active member of the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers as well as the Florida Engineering Society. He is truly unique in the industry, possessing multiple civil engineering degrees as well as a juris doctorate (law) degree, all from the Florida State University
