Biography
Joe is an Executive Vice President and the Principal-in-Charge of GS&P’s Water and Environment market. He has more than 35 years of experience in the management, design and construction of municipal water and wastewater projects including treatment facilities, pumping stations, wastewater conveyance and water storage and distribution systems. Joe is actively involved with WEF, AWWA and KY/TN Water Professionals. He has provided engineering, construction and project management services on all of GS&P’s major water and wastewater projects having a combined capital cost of more than $1 billion.
