Brian Mcandrews

Biography

    Brian McAndrews serves as Chairman of the Board of Grubhub and has been chosen to preside over regularly scheduled executive sessions of the Board's independent directors. Mr. McAndrews served as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Pandora Media, Inc., an Internet radio provider, from September 2013 until March 2016. Mr. McAndrews served as a venture partner of Madrona Venture Group, LLC, a venture capital firm, from 2012 to September 2013, and as a managing director of Madrona from 2009 to 2011. He also served as senior vice president, advertiser and publisher solutions, of the Microsoft Corporation from August 2007 to December 2008. Mr. McAndrews also serves on the board of directors, nominating and corporate governance committee and technology innovation committee of the New York Times Company, and previously served on the boards of directors of Fisher Communications, Inc., Clearwire Corporation and AppNexus Inc. Mr. McAndrews holds an A.B. in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
