David Fisher

Biography

    David Fisher serves as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Enova International Inc., a provider of online financial services. Mr. Fisher served as chief executive officer of optionsXpress Holdings Inc., a retail online brokerage firm, from October 2007 until The Charles Schwab Corporation acquired the business in September 2011. Following the acquisition, Mr. Fisher served as president of optionsXpress until March 2012. Mr. Fisher also served as president of optionsXpress from March 2007 to October 2007, and as chief financial officer of optionsXpress from August 2004 to March 2007. Mr. Fisher serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Innerworkings Inc., a global print management provider, and previously served on the boards of directors of optionsXpress and CBOE Holdings, Inc. Mr. Fisher holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
