David A. Donnini

Biography

Mr. David A. Donnini, also known as Dave, serves as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Financial Services and Technology Group at GTCR, LLC. Mr. Donnini is responsible for originating and making new investments, monitoring portfolio companies and recruiting and training associates and leads GTCR’s business services and co-leads its financial services efforts. He joined GTCR in 1991. From 1991 to 1993, he was an Associate at GTCR. Previously, he was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, Inc. He actively invests in the community as a Vice President of the Board for the Countryside School. He was Principal of GTCR, LLC. He served as a Manager of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. and Prestige Brands International, LLC. He served as a Manager of Prestige Brands International, Inc. since February 07, 2002 and Denorex Company. Mr. Donnini has been a Director of Capella Healthcare, Inc. since March 19, 2014. He has been a Director of Coinmach Corporation since March 2003. He has been a Director of Laundry Corp. since July 1995. Mr. Donnini serves as a Director of Aspire Brands, Inc., Brite Energy Solar Holdings, LLC, Sterigenics-Nordion Topco Parent, LLC, Fairway Outdoor, Park Place, Assured Agencies, EK Success, Golden Gate Logistics, Sterigenics, Telecom Lease Advisors, Keystone Group Holdings, Inc., SupplyWorks, Inc., Fairmount Food Group, LLC and Honeywell Security Monitoring. He served as a Member of Board of Managers of Coinmach Holdings LLC since March 2003. He served as a Director of Land Lease Group, Coinmach Service Corp. from March 2003 to November 20, 2007, Syniverse Holdings, Inc. from February 2002 to August 21, 2008 and Syniverse Technologies, LLC from February 2002 to August 2008 and Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. from January 2001 to August 2009. He served as a Director of US Aggregates, Inc. since 1994. He served as Director of Protection 1, Inc. since June 4, 2010. Mr. Donnini was a Director of TCC from January 1995 to November 1995. He served as a Director of International Computer Graphics, Inc., Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation, Boomerang Media, Wallace Theater Corporation, AVINTIV Specialty Materials Inc. Mr. Donnini holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and the Robichek Finance Award winner and a B.A. in Economics summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with distinction, from Yale University.
